• Senior Architect

    We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Architect for our design Hub in Cairo.

    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Architect with 5-7 years of architectural experience in Egypt. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural design projects, overseeing the design process, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. Your strong design skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of local regulations will be instrumental in creating innovative and sustainable designs that meet client requirements and project objectives.

    You can expect the following:

    • Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design process from concept development to detailed design, ensuring creative and functional solutions that align with project goals and client requirements.
    • Project Management: Manage and coordinate architectural projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
    • Design Development: Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, incorporating design principles, sustainability considerations, and local building codes and regulations.
    • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing effective design solutions that exceed their expectations.
    • Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and integration of design elements.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular design reviews and evaluations, ensuring compliance with design standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
    • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and design team members, resolving design challenges and ensuring the implementation of best practices.
    • Construction Documentation: Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and tender packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Material and Product Selection: Research, evaluate, and select appropriate materials, finishes, and products, considering aesthetics, performance, sustainability, and budgetary constraints.
    • Design Research: Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative design concepts into projects.

    You bring along:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as an Architect, preferably in Egypt.
    • Professional command of 3D and graphics software (Revit / Rhino / Grasshopper / Adobe Suite).
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural design, including concept development, detailed design, and project management.
    • Excellent understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Egypt.
    • Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to create compelling architectural presentations.
    • Experience in sustainable design practices and knowledge of green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Professional registration or licensure as an Architect is preferred.
    • Very good command of Arabic & English. Knowledge of German or Spanish are plus.
