• Office Manager


    We are currently looking for an Office Manager for our design Hub in Cairo.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Manager to join our architectural firm in Egypt. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks and providing support to the architectural team. Your organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth functioning of the office and ensure efficient workflow.

    You can expect the following:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the architecture design office, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive working environment.
    • Manage scheduling, office supplies, and inventory; coordinate office maintenance and ensure all necessary equipment is functioning.
    • Support senior architects and design teams by managing calendars, meetings, and deadlines.
    • Maintain project tracking systems and assist with project documentation, invoicing, and client communication.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for any office-related inquiries, acting as a liaison between the team and external vendors or clients.
    • Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding new staff, organizing training, and ensuring a safe and comfortable office environment.
    • Develop and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote the office’s design projects, brand, and culture.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create and curate engaging content, including project highlights, team updates, behind-the-scenes shots, and design inspiration.
    • Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and track engagement analytics to optimize performance.
    • Collaborate with the design team to feature ongoing or completed projects, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing content.
    • Coordinate with external marketing or PR agencies as needed for campaigns, press releases, or other promotional efforts.
    • Respond to inquiries and comments across social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
    • Support the development and execution of office events, including internal meetings, client presentations, or social gatherings.

    You bring along:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within an architecture or design firm.
    • Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
    • Experience with office equipment
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
    • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
